AstroAI ("the app", "we", "our") values your privacy. This policy explains
what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and how
we protect it.

We may collect the following information within the app:
Profile information: name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and zodiac details — only the data you enter yourself.
Account information: email address used for sign-in (Firebase Authentication).
Usage data: which features you use, in-app interactions (anonymous).
Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language preference.
Purchase information: premium subscription status (processed via RevenueCat; your card details are never shared with us).
Optional content: dream journal entries and partner profiles you create — stored only in your private user space.
2. How We Use Information
To deliver personalized horoscopes, birth chart readings, compatibility analyses and dream interpretations.
To improve the app and fix bugs.
To manage your premium subscription.
To send daily horoscope notifications (only if you grant permission).
To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Anthropic Claude API — used to generate daily horoscopes and birth chart readings. Birth data is sent to Anthropic only as anonymous prompts; it is not stored long-term by Anthropic and is not used to train their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy

Your data is stored encrypted on Google Firebase infrastructure. Payment
information is never stored on our servers; all purchases are processed
by Google Play Store and RevenueCat. Access to user data is restricted
and protected by Firebase Security Rules.
5. Data Retention
Your profile and content are kept for as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed
from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may continue
to be retained in aggregate form.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / KVKK)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to access your personal data.
Right to correction of inaccurate data.
Right to deletion ("right to be forgotten").

7. Children's Privacy
AstroAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including
the United States and the European Union) where our third-party
providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other
legal mechanisms to ensure your data is protected.
9. Notifications & Permissions
The app may request the following device permissions:
Notifications — to deliver your daily horoscope at 08:30. You can disable this anytime in your device settings.
Exact alarms — to ensure the daily notification fires on time.
No location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage access is requested.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When significant changes
occur, we will notify you within the app. The current policy is always
published on this page.
